    Stressful, not worth the time.
The good thingsSadly, I did not find any good experiences.
The challengesSaw judgement based on a persons colour from all levels of management when rostering security guards, worked 12 hour shifts and was pressured into working another shift 5 hours later.

Just don't do it there are other better crowd control companies in QLD to work for if your new to the industry.
The good thingsSome of the events; venues & other guards but that's about it.
The challengesThey have a very toxic workplace atmosphere & management have no communicative or people skills. The supervisors are just as clueless, rude & yet somehow they seem to be favored over others for particular jobs. There is no job security as there are very little hours, & sometimes the shift isn't even worth going to dependent on how far you have to travel to the site. It also takes forever signing in at certain events or venues because either no one has a clue what they're doing, are given very little instructions given & people parade around like they're showing off.
