Camp Quality is an amazing organisation to work for that makes a real difference and I have loved every minute working here.
The good thingsCamp Quality offer a supportive and inclusive workplace with clear goals and supportive management. There is a positive culture and flexible work environment with a real focus on staff wellbeing.
The challengesAs with any NFP, there are limited resources available which creates challenges in trying to reach all our families.
