Awesome organisation delivering vital capability to the ADF.
The good thingsThis Australian company is very focussed on delivery and supports it's employees well to do so. Calytrix is a small company that punches well above its weight delivering complex capability to the Australian Defence Force. The management team and staff are excellent and very supportive, especially in navigating a complex and diverse capability delivery to Defence. Calytrix strives and succeeds at in engagement at all levels, through Prime contracts/contractor to all levels of Defence.
The challengesWhilst Calytrix operates in a very complex and often changing environment, the company always delivers its capability. Working with Calytrix requires a self starting attitude tempered with emotional intelligence, both of which are used consistently in customer and partner engagement.
