A great way to make friends as a young person but not a good job for people not in high school.
The good things- Other young people to work with
- Hires with no experience
- On the job cafe training
The challenges- Respect between hosts and managers
- managers realise that it's mainly kids who work there and work is not normally our number 1 priority
- the contract is an Enterprise agreement with the Australian government, so some workers' rights are taken away, such as them being able to pay less, etc.

The challengesfor the work that is expected, the pay is not enough, especially when in certain areas you have to take care of dozens of children in one big area with only you in that area to be supervising.
