    Speaking for all supervisors that left in 2024, approx. 15. We would have no hesitation in working there again so long as they remove the current building manager with the overinflated ego and poor building ethics.
    The good thingsWell established company with some good processes in place. Huge potential
    The challenges-Buildability of their homes. Borderline custom homes on a volume builders' budget. -Directions from management to start building homes without BA's causing internal conflict
