Wasn't my cup of tea
The good thingsCoworkers were all amazing, when the store was busy it was a fun job.
The challengesHead office love to blame everyone but themselves for the decline in sales and refuse to listen to feedback despite asking for it. There was also no uniform allowance for staff, we were required to wear bloch branded clothes at certain times but had to buy them ourselves. It was also really hard to ask for help as upper management would get annoyed if you emailed them.
