    I worked there for a LONG time , progressed well , bought in new , insightful ideas , new staff , " they " wanted to stay in the past , just little room to think outside the square , my push for change , new people , OMG promoting women , firing the place up , was my downfall , as my numbers were great , but could have been even better
    The good thingsThe products are brilliant and frankly underated , opportunity was there - to a degree , then you hit the wall .
    The challengesYou are visiting a place where innovation is spoken of , but that's about it . Massive competition from stronger , richer , competitors .
