    If you're looking for an exiting career and a place to develop your skills do not come here.
    The good thingsYou will meet some great people individually. Office location is fantastic.
    The challengesBeca feels too corporate and the teams are filled with too many untalented project managers. A major complaint from staff has been the below industry average pay which Beca will never comprise on.

    The good thingsOpportunity to boost your skills and knowledge. Lots of great people who suffer from unfair reviews and useless management. However, it’s a good place to start your career.
    The challengesThe hard work is on people while management is unable to answer some simple questions, always delegates and takes credit for other people's achievements. You will grow only if you make friends with P&C, otherwise it will strongly affect your “performance”.
