    A fantastic place to work

Could be a great place to work but the toxicity with the Service manager and admin person ruin it.
The good thingsResidents and families. Majority of the staff are amazing.
The challengesNew service manager and admin person. Manager spends most of the day reminding staff they are the "service manager" & not dealing with real issues. Service manager is manipulative, gossips, lies and loves to gaslight staff. The admin person is nasty, controlling and not approachable at all with staff or families. Both have numerous smoke breaks together. Many complaints and nothing actioned. When the manager is also HR, staff have nowhere to turn. Head office is aware and bury their heads to it.
Beaumont CareThank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and take all feedback seriously. While we can’t comment on individual situations or personnel matters publicly, we want to assure you that we have clear policies and fair processes in place for raising and addressing workplace issues. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to strengthen our culture and practices.
