    Avoid working at Bassike.
The good thingsThe clothes were well made and the designs desirable.
The challengesNot being trained or managed to further ones skills for development within the company. There was a huge division between the teams and no sense of culture, nor any inclination to harness any sense of morale or team building. The lack of leadership from in store and in head office was astounding.
