    It was horrible working for Basketball SA. It is a toxic workplace and I would advise working there in the strongest possible terms.
    The good thingsVery few positives. Management has no respect for their employees, shifts cuts without notice, no replacement shifts offered. People in head office are petty individuals who have no understanding of how to treat people or to run a company.
    The challengesDo not work for this company. The will not treat you with respect.

    The challengesWorking with a management system that is broken with too many people in management positions that are only in it for themselves. No support for staff or staff development.
