Awesome center with a panoramic view of the CBD
The good thingsGrateful to be assigned in one of their centers that has a solid and supporting management and people - busy days yet everyone work together and genuinely enjoy learning and working with the children
The challengesNothing challenging that I had throughout my time with them because I adapt as best as I can and consult with my fellow educators and superiors. I believe it is on the person's adaptiveness when receiving feedbacks and learning the ropes around

Wonderful small centre in leafy suburb
The good thingsSmall centre hidden in leafy back streets of McDowall. Environment is planned through children’s voices and project learning. Management are always open for discussion and ready to lend a hand. Kind and caring educators throughout centre. Amazing junk play space and mud pit. Not like the new centres that resemble school classrooms and all look the same no matter what age they are meant for
    The challengesShortage of educators

    Little gem at Mcdowall
The good thingsEnvironment is appealing through children’s voices and projects. Educators are kind, caring and hardworking. Management team are understanding, firm but fair. They will always advocate for you no matter the situation or understand and reflect on better practices. Beautiful old school set up not like those shiny new centres with tables and chairs everywhere and all the rooms look the same. The yards are awesome and open.
The challengesNothing that we don’t like besides the sector is struggling in general.
