Austunnel has provided me with the opportunity to get a casual position on a site, prove my abilities to a point that the main contractor on site offered me a full time role.
The good thingsEasy to onboard, quick responses to queries. HR good to deal with.
The challengesThinking that Austunnel was lead contractor on project I was employed for, then finding out I was basically labour hire. Took awhile to fit in with main contractor.
