I felt dumped in the deep end starting my first office job and having to deal with a non-existent filing system- files literally piled up under the stairs not in any order at all.
The good thingsGained overall office experience
The challengesTook advantage of young naive employees and didn't follow guidelines of the traineeships I was meant to achieve

When I first started was great, supportive, fun and everyone had each other's back. But changed for the worse, when HR got control and soiled the company.
The good thingsOnly good thing was the people that worked there, they were friends and like family. This most definitely does not include management/HR.
The challengesManagement/HR and the lack of positive work atmosphere! You are expected to work to the bone, with little to no perks and management/HR couldn't care less.

Dreadful, a shell of its former self, sadly could not recommend.
The good thingsThe high turnover of staff which allows you to make plenty of new friends without the fear of becoming too attached when they leave within weeks of starting.
The challengesLow morale, unreasonable expectations, unhappy customers, constant meetings, virtue signalling, infighting, truth twisting & a genuine uncertainty about the future & direction of the company.
