The role wasn’t for me. The team on the MNC were fantastic. Working for insurers is horrible.

The challengesYou are working the insurer, so your aim is to get the worker back to work ASAP. Not something which always gels with people who chose a vocation in which you are focussed on care and empathy

The good thingsHad exposure to lots of things
The challengesThey care mainly about the KPI’s of the company and I feel there is a lack of care about its employees and what is best for them. 6 clients a day leaving only 1.5 hours to do client notes, emails and any other admin. I’ve experienced and heard many people needing to constantly advocate for themselves at the company. Expected to see every presentation and clientele even as a provisional which can be very challenging when trying to learn as you go.
