The good thingsI worked in Alcon Hong Kong as Equipment Manager since 2015 and I chose to work in Alcon again when I moved to Australia in 2025. One of the things that I appreciate most is that they provide comprehensive and systematic training to employees. Also, there are always numerous ways to gain support.
The challengesI didn't see huge hurdles that bothers me in the past 10 years.
