The good thingsI've found everyone to be welcoming and positive - the culture and morale really enable a work life balance and sense of belonging. The leadership team are very people focused and are willing to listen and challenge you to new growths and developments professionally. It's refreshing to have a workplace that has a focus on collaboration and welcomes new perspectives.
