The good thingsthe product range is easy to sell and the computer system quite intuitive.
The challengesActrol well Reece think they know refrigeration but they barely know Hvac and only in it's most basic form. Every store acts like a separate entity rather than a united company with a vision. There are too many plumbing people within the company who know nothing about the industry or the products. The training provided is catered for the plumbing trade and doesn't focus on key differences and industry specific needs, within 10 years all the knowledge will have left the company as Reece people will be all that is left.

I found the store manager to be childish and that reflected very much so in the way he managed. it was clear that he was helped into the role from the manager at its sister reace store.
