The challengesManagement have a genuine disconnect to their workforce. Would rather skimp on safety and risk workers to get jobs done. No accountability, quick to deflect and push good workers out.

Once you go to the channel country, you’ll always want to go back.
The good thingsGreat company for a young ringer to work for, as long as you’re working for a good manager. Great training opportunities throughout the year and most places are very social and get to plenty of drafts, rodeos, races etc.
The challengesFurther up I progressed, the more I realised there can be a lack of support from higher up. A lot of the good managers have gone now, and young and inexperienced staff are being pushed into leadership roles too early and either being set up to fail or have their team members hurt at work.
