What’s it like working at 7 Eleven?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the supportive colleagues and team environment at store level, as well as the opportunity to develop customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. Many value the opportunities for career growth and the hands-on learning experience, along with flexible shift patterns that can accommodate personal schedules.

However, there are some potential challenges, including inconsistent support from upper management and tight labour budgets that may result in working alone during shifts. Some employees note that break times can be limited during busy periods, and that initial training could be more comprehensive to better prepare staff for their roles.

The good thingsTeam members are great to work with, and they are always willing to help you out when it gets busy. The customers are always happy when they come into the store when they pay for their fuel and food.
The challengesI am at the console most of the time and I do not get to do the putting out the items on the shelves when they come in to the store.
