We engaged Emu to help with a particularly difficult role. Zenco did an awesome job right out of the gate. The process was amazingly well structured and we had great visibility of progress throughout. The key takeaway for me was the breadth of the search into adjacencies that we might not have previously considered. In fact, this is where they found our final candidate. All in all, we've ended up with someone that exceeded our initial expectations and is a cultural plus for the company.
