The recruiter is very professional and experienced - she briefed the job description very well - she briefed on the interview session, i.e., questions that may be asked by the interviewer - she followed up with feedbacks after interview - I've been approached by few agencies before - but Sheryl gave a different experience - she make sure the candidate is well-prepared before the interview

Sheryl's handling the recruitment professionally, where she try her best to strike a balance between meeting employer's requirement while getting better offer on behalf of applicant. She constantly follow up and update us the process, what's the next step, and provide practical advisory to applicant. She doesn't simply just fit the profile or putting us as "spare tire" for the sake of fulfilling the number for employer, which is rare and good practice that differentiate her from the normal head hunter.
