Worked really well with Jason from the moment he reached out regarding the role. He communicated well and provided guidance right through. It was fantastic and really looking forward to the role.

First recruiter I had would call everyday of the week sometimes twice if you didnt get back straight away, for really no reason at all and somehow found it suprising that I was looking at multiple roles in the market. Second recruiter was much better, actually asked my preffered communication and didnt bombard me with notifications. However in both cases I found some of Talent Webs line of questioning very silly. IE Q1- If you were to receive a better offer elsewhere, why would you accept the role at this company A- you wouldnt Q2- if you were to receive an offer do you intend to accept it? A- Who would intend to accept an offer before they've seen it, anyone would review the offer and compare it with their situation like a sane person. Better questions Q1- If you were to recieve a better offer elsewhere, would there be any qualities about this company/ position that would impact your decision. Q2- If you were to receive an offer you were happy with, would you accept it? I get that you're just trying to gauge your clients likelyhood of commiting and how much or little you could offer them to get them, but you should just be more honest about it

Despite a difficult market, and given our budgetary constraints, I still find myself amazed at what a fantastic hire Jason managed to find for us! His perseverance is only matched by how easy he is to deal with. He kept me updated throughout the process, and while I'm sure at times it was frustrating as all get out, he never let this show in his up beat and positive attitude. Other recruiters we tried gave up and told us "it's a tough market". Jason however while being up front and honest about the market conditions, retained his confidence that he would find us the right person. His personable style made it easy to keep the faith with him, and he paid off in spades! Even though there is a lack of good candidates out there, Jason kept pushing using all his resources to ensure he didn't just "fill a role", but sent us candidates which were a good fit both for our organisation and the candidate themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending Jason and TalentWeb and, I thought I'd never say this about a recruiter, I really look forward to working with him again on any future hires.
