Harman is a diligent and trustworthy individual. He was excellent at keeping me updated with opportunities and progression. He brought compassion and empathy to the role. It was truly fantastic to work with him. Tamzin who covered for Harman whilst on annual leave, made it a seamless transition and great experience. Harman has helped us source a niche role, in a niche location. He has managed expectations along the way, provided realistic market information, and sourced us quality candidates. Volumes haven't been high due to the nature of the role, but the quality was great and we are excited to have the candidate join us shortly. As a Big4 firm, we felt Herman understood our very precise brief, sold our business well to the candidate, and added useful insight into our search that has helped us realise compromises that could be made.
