We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Client Services Specialist to join our Auckland based team.

If you enjoy working with people, love getting things done and take pride in delivering great service, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

The opportunity

You'll be working alongside the Takapuna based team of financial advisers, helping them deliver a great experience for clients across insurance, KiwiSaver, and managed fund investments.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days will be quite the same. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, help keep things running smoothly and make sure the little things don't get missed.

From helping clients with enquiries and insurance claims to coordinating with providers, managing client records, and supporting our advisers, you'll play an important part in the team's success.

We're also big believers in working smarter, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas and help us improve the way we do things.

What we're looking for

Above all, we're looking for someone with a great attitude who enjoys being part of a team and takes real ownership of their work.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in financial services, insurance, banking or a similar client support role.

• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.

• A warm, confident, and professional approach to dealing with clients.

• The initiative to follow things through and get results.

• Confidence using technology and CRM systems.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in.

Experience with life and health insurance, KiwiSaver or investments would be a real bonus, but we're just as interested in finding the right person who's keen to learn and grow with us.
