Quarry Operators

Workfast is seeking experienced Quarry Operators for an immediate start with a leading, family-owned company.

• $42.50/hr + Super + Penalties
• Ongoing Casual (Temp-to-Perm after 3 months)
• Immediate start

If you have 2-3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery in a mine or quarry environment, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating mobile machinery across an active quarry site (Rigid Haul Trucks, Loaders, and Excavators).
• Accepting and delivering materials safely and efficiently.
• Working closely within a team and following directives from the Site Foreman/Manager.
• Maintaining strict adherence to site safety protocols.
• Sales loading experience is a bonus

What You Need:

• Experience: 2-3+ years operating machinery in a mining or quarrying environment.
• Tickets/Licences: Current Loader, Haul Truck, and Excavator tickets.
• Clearances: Current MMQ or CBM (or willing to be scheduled), and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Transport: Valid Driver's Licence and reliable personal vehicle to access the site.
• Gear: Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive 'can-do' approach.
