You'll Be Trusted To:

• Take ownership of operating semi-automated production equipment

• Set up machinery, complete changeovers and fine-tune performance

• Identify faults, troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime

• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

• Maintain consistent production output without compromising quality

• Identify smarter, safer and more efficient ways of working

• Work alongside a team that values experience and practical knowledge

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You don't necessarily need a trade qualification, but you do need to understand machinery.

Ideally, you're someone who:

• Has solid experience operating semi-automated manufacturing machinery

• Can confidently make adjustments and solve minor mechanical issues

• Takes pride in hitting production targets and producing quality work

• Notices when equipment isn't performing as it should

• Enjoys working in a team and taking responsibility

• Has a strong attitude towards safety and teamwork
