Warehouse Pick Packer - Part Time
About the role
Due to continued growth, we're now looking for a part-time pick packer for our busy warehouse. 2-3 weekday shifts that sit inside school hours — for example 9:00am to 2:30pm — with the exact days and times agreed at interview. Permanent part-time, $30 – $32 per hour based on experience.
Key responsibilities
Picking online orders from labels generated in sequence — right product, right quantity
Packing orders for despatch and keeping them moving to the couriers
Replenishing shelves and putting stock away accurately
Keeping trolleys, benches and your work area clean and ready for the next person
Working closely with our despatch, checking and inwards teams
About you
Hands-on, on-your-feet work — and you enjoy that
Reliable and punctual — your shifts are yours and the team plans around them
A sharp eye — fasteners demand one, and wrong counts cause problems downstream
The sort who looks for something to do and feels satisfied when the job is done
Comfortable with computers or quick to learn
Warehouse experience is preferred but not a prerequisite — attitude and work ethic matter more
About us
Bolt & Nut Australia is the leading online distributor of fasteners in Australia — no one has a larger stock range or better systems. We've been selling online for over 15 years from our clean, modern warehouse in Murarrie, and we're a tight team of around 20 who move a lot of stock and back each other up.
Benefits
Permanent part-time role, $30 – $32 per hour based on experience
Paid annual leave and personal (sick) leave — this is a permanent role, not a casual one
The opportunity to move to full-time down the track if that's what you're after
Steady weekday hours inside school hours — the same pattern every week
Thorough training
Real advancement paths: several of our team have stepped into senior roles
