ALH Recruitment is seeking experienced Boilermakers, Welders and Trade Assistants to join a modern structural steel fabrication business based in Brisbane's north. The company delivers everything from heavy industrial structural steel to commercial fabrication, with in-house drafting, CNC processing, laser scanning and on-site installation capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a business that has a strong pipeline of projects across South East Queensland.

Duties

• Structural steel fabrication
• MIG welding and fabrication
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
• Assembly and fit-up of structural components
• Grinding, finishing and quality checks
• General workshop duties
• Assisting with on-site structural steel installation and erection
• Working safely within a collaborative team

What We're Looking For Essential

• Structural steel fabrication or welding experience
• Ability to read fabrication drawings (Boilermakers/Welders)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable with a solid work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Commitment to workplace safety

Desirable Tickets & Licences

• Trade Qualification (Boilermaker/Fabrication)
• White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
• Forklift Licence (LF) (Deseriable)
• Dogging, Rigging or EWP tickets (Deseriable)
