2 x Trainee or Experienced Swimming Pool Service Technician - Windsor, Brisbane

Rode Pool Services is a family-owned swimming pool service company. Their business incorporates three retail stores with a service area predominantly dedicated to the northern suburbs of Brisbane. They are currently looking to add to their infield service technician team.

You have the flexibility to choose from either;

1.      working a four day week 

2.      working in our RDO scheme which consists of a nine day fortnight

3.      working a five day week

Position Overview:

Depending on the level of industry experience or relevant skills, our technician salaries range from $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per annum gross plus superannuation. For those new to the industry, we provide a structured six-month training and development period.  Earning sales commissions is a significant addition to weekly salary.  Overtime pay is also available when the opportunity arises. If you have existing industry experience, we will structure your salary based on your demonstrated abilities and skill level.

Occupation's main responsibilities and duties will include:-

• Domestic swimming pool servicing

• Fault finding and diagnosis

• Equipment removal and installation

• Recommending and selling equipment

• Assisting with colleague training

• Establishing and maintaining open and honest relationships with clients

Salary Range:- Commencing at $65,000.00 + Super + Commission + overtime worked, $80,000 + Super + Commission + Overtime for experienced applicants
