Guest Service Host

As a Guest Service Host, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for reception duties and providing administrative support to the Marketing Department.

*Casual, full-time and part-time positions will be considered.

To be successful in this environment Ideally you will

• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be able to offer exceptional customer service
• Be able to speak fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese
• Offer advice on Casino Marketing promotions and events, assist with enquiries on all aspects of guest experience at Casino Canberra
• Provide reception services such as meet and greet patrons and visitors, answer and redirect incoming telephone calls, provide cloak room services
• Establish and maintain relationships with Casino Canberra patrons, both VIP and non-VIPs
• Building the Rewards program database by inviting and signing up new patrons
