About the role

In this full-time role, our ideal Senior Hairdresser/Colourist Stylist will bring several years of experience delivering premium hair services to our valued clients.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• delivering premium hair cut, colouring and styling services

• executing advanced colouring techniques, incl. balayage & colour correction

• consulting with clients and recommending appropriate services

• creating social media content showcasing your skills

• maintaining a clean & organised workstation

• participating in team meetings and ongoing training.

What we're looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Min. 3 years Hairdresser/Colourist Stylist experience essential

• Cert III in Hairdressing or higher/equivalent essential

• Strong technical skills in cutting and advanced colour techniques

• Excellent customer service skills + ability to build client relationships

• Passion for the industry & staying up-to-date with trends

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
