Food & Beverage Supervisor - Full-Time

This role is based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, which is conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport. Featuring 276 guest accommodation rooms, over 1000 square metres of conferencing space and the Airo Restaurant & Bar, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is the perfect landing place.

PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport are looking to appoint an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic and successful Restaurant team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and the smooth daily operation of our restaurant, bar and in room dining outlets.

Develop our Restaurant & Bar team members to provide excellent, personalised guest service within our outlets.

This role will focus on our busy breakfast and dinner service periods, including weekends.

Ideally you will have:

• A passion for the hospitality industry.

• Strong product knowledge across food & beverage.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor within an A La Carte dining environment.

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor is required for this position.

• Demonstrated Service Recovery skills.

• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role.

• A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for Creating Memorable Hotel Experiences.

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
