The Role:

Working within an established leasing team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open homes
• Managing rental applications
• Responding to prospective tenant enquiries
• Completing ingoing inspections
• Coordinating property advertising
• Conducting private inspections
• Providing a high level of service to prospective tenants and landlords
• Supporting the wider property management team as required

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Previous experience within real estate
• Leasing or property management experience highly regarded
• A current Certificate of Registration
• A reliable car and driver’s licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional and polished presentation
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A positive attitude and desire to progress your career
