Food Factory - Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Machinery maintenance / preventative maintenance

• Production equipment setup

• Production equipment cleaning

• Maintain and troubleshoot food processing machines

• Basic machine repairs and factory improvements

• Loading / unloading delivery vehicles with forklift

• Daily use of power tools and welding equipment

• Garden maintenance

  
  

About you

• Experience working in manufacturing/food preparation environment

• Experience using power tools and welding equipment

• Be mechanically / practical-minded

• Have good time management skills

• Have own transport

• Happy to work in a team

• Ability to work long hours/weekends if required

• Experience working with boats would be an advantage

• Be physically fit with the ability to easily lift up to 25kg

Location: Otara, Auckland

Work Hours: 40 - 50 per week
