Workshop/Mechanical Support Persons

Precision Exploration Drilling is a leading provider in the drilling industry, known for our commitment to safety, innovation, and quality. We are looking for motivated and dependable Workshop/Mechanical Support Persons to join our team at our Canning Vale office. These are full-time opportunities suited to people who enjoy practical and hands-on work. Working Monday – Friday.

Working closely with qualified and experienced tradespeople, you will provide day-to-day support across a range of workshop and warehouse activities. The position provides valuable on-the-job training and the opportunity to gain practical experience while building your understanding of the trades environment.

About the role

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Preparing work areas, tools, equipment and materials before jobs commence.

• Providing practical assistance to tradespeople during mechanical activities.

• Helping with the assembly, fabrication and installation of components while working under appropriate supervision.

• Operating and caring for workshop tools and equipment as directed.

• Moving, loading and unloading materials and supplies.

• Keeping work areas, equipment and surrounding facilities clean, safe and organised.

• Following established workplace health, safety and environmental procedures.

• Working collaboratively with supervisors and other members of the team.
