About the Role 

Reporting to the on-site Partner and working closely with the sales team, the Operations Manager will provide the leadership and guidance required to meet and/or exceed the service standards expected of each event. 

The Operations Manager handles tasks such as providing exceptional service to clients and the venue, preparing and updating the roster to ensure technical coverage on every event, equipment shortage resolution and managing Workplace Health and Safety.  

You will play a key role in the back end of delivering exciting, world-class events. 

Experience as an audio-visual technician or technician events logistics experience will be an advantage.

  • Rostering and logistics

  • Methodical planning

About You
You’re someone who:

  • Is passionate about new and evolving technology

  • Thrives in a team that shares your enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences

  • Wants to be part of a dynamic, hands-on industry that delivers incredible events

  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, or the audiovisual / events industry

  • A Self-starter must have a drive to succeed with a sense of adventure

  • Corporate event experience (an advantage, but not essential)
