At our flagship Victorian Community as the Community Managerbased atBerwick, you will be the ambassador of the community and the trusted point of contact for homeowners, playing a key role in shaping a positive day‑to‑day living experience.  

We're Looking For a…
Following a refinement of the role to further strengthen homeowner experience and community outcomes, we're seeking a Community Manager to join our Halcyon Berwick community.
This is a highly visible, 100 percent client‑facing role where relationships matter. You will lead the smooth operation of the community, foster strong connections with homeowners and stakeholders, and ensure the community runs safely, compliantly and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Halcyon Berwick community, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Stockland requirements
  • Build and maintain respectful, trusted relationships with homeowners, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Coordinate community activities and facilities, supporting homeowner groups and events that encourage connection and belonging
  • Work closely with the maintenance officer, contractors and service providers to meet maintenance, landscaping and operational needs
  • Manage community administration and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and relevant information
  • Identify and address community issues early, remaining impartial, confidential and solutions‑focused
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance homeowner experience and community wellbeing

About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people from all walks of life. You bring a calm, professional approach, thrive in a visible role, and take pride in creating environments where others feel welcome, heard and supported. You are confident multi-tasking, managing simultaneous competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Experience & Skills That Count

  • Experience in community management, hospitality, retirement living or customer‑focused environments
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
  • Proven administrative, reporting and governance capability
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office
