We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team on a part-time basis, 3 days per week initially.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad brand exposure across content, social media, campaigns and events.

The Role:

You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, providing hands-on support across content, campaigns, social media and events, working in collaboration with our external suppliers and internal digital marketing team.

This is a great opportunity to build broad marketing experience within a fast-paced, independent agency environment, learning directly from an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social media support: Assist with the creation, scheduling and posting of social content across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and TikTok.

• Content creation: Help in the production of creative, on-brand content; including copy writing, photography and videography, for social, web and campaigns for both equ and equNorth brands.

• Website management: Support with updating and maintaining website content and imagery, ensuring it is always fresh and accurate for both brands.

• Marketing collateral: Assist in producing collateral for sales and the broader team, consistent with brand guidelines.

• CRM: Assist in updating and cleansing of CRM data as necessary.

• Award Submission: Assist in identifying and preparing submissions for local and national awards.

• Events & Networking: Help plan and coordinate in-house and external events, research appropriate networking events for the wider team and keep the events calendar up to date.

• Partner liaison: Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for suppliers/partners on day-to-day sales & marketing tasks.

• Reporting: Support the team with research and reporting on marketing and campaign performance.

• General support: Provide general administrative marketing support
  

What you'll bring

• A relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related field (or currently studying towards one)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Skills in photography and videography, with an eye for creating engaging visual content

• A proactive, organised approach with a keen eye for detail

• A genuine interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation

• Prior marketing experience (internship, part-time work or coursework projects) is desirable but not essential

• A passion for AI and new technologies
