General Foreman - $150m Residential Apartments - North Sydney

About the role
As General Foreman you will manage critical day-to-day operations of the project. You will work closely with all sub-contractors, and your site team to ensure your site is safe, your program is on track, and your project is of highest quality.
  
Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-spec, high-detail construction projects in Australia, preferably residential apartments.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience working in a Tier 2 main contractor or large residential builder is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in construction documentation (construction, program, quality, safety).
• Exceptional time management skills to oversee every aspect of the project without compromising site presence.
• Strong leadership skills, providing clear direction and support to the team to drive outstanding outcomes.
• Background in carpentry, offering a solid foundation for overseeing finishing trades.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Building Codes and Australian Standards.
• Proficiency in construction planning, ideally with MS Project.
• Experience delivering similar projects in Australia with project values over $30 million.
