Advertising Specialist

About the role

The Advertising Specialist will plan and coordinate advertising campaigns for Herz Pharmaceutical and the Lurky brand across digital, retail and other relevant channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, e-commerce and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate advertising and promotional activities with distributors, retailers and other offline channels.
• Develop advertising strategies based on target audiences, market trends and business objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, schedules, media placement and advertising spend.
• Coordinate advertising content and creative materials, including copy, images, videos and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversion and return on advertising spend.
• Conduct campaign testing and optimisation across audiences, creative content, messaging and media channels.
• Support advertising activities for product launches, retail promotions, exhibitions and other promotional campaigns.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure advertising campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide recommendations to improve future advertising performance.

About you

• A bachelor's degree or higher qualification, preferably in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in advertising, digital marketing or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience coordinating advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
• Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience in health, wellness, pharmaceutical, retail or consumer products will be highly regarded.
