Workshop Manager – Tyrepower Mandurah (Full-Time)
Location: Mandurah, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday + most Saturday mornings
Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate – based on experience

Tyrepower Mandurah is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to join our friendly and hardworking team. As a key member of our independently owned store, you'll play a hands-on role in managing workshop operations while helping to deliver top-tier service to our valued customers.

We’re a mid-sized, close-knit team who take pride in doing the job right, creating a positive work environment, and providing professional and timely service.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Store Management, you will work as part of a team to fit cars with tyres and get customers safely down the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tyre fitting and basic mechanical tasks

  • Communicate effectively with store management

  • Manager basic day to day operations (workload orginization, Lunch Breaks, etc)

  • Maintain high standards of safety, service, and workmanship

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in tyre fitting (essential)

  • Experience with wheel alignments (highly regarded)

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to lead by example and foster team spirit

  • Strong communication skills

  • A valid driver’s licence (No Exceptions)

  • Willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol test
