Business Systems Lead

I have a great opportunity available with a leading members-based organisation.

You will be the 2:ic to the IT Director and will be the all-rounder specialist to own the SaaS landscape across BAU & projects.

What You'll Do

• Mentor a small team and be the IT point of contact for senior business stakeholders.
• Configure workflows, manage APIs/middleware, resolve complex data-sync issues.
• Turn business requests into technical options before build begins.
• Run technical projects, from scoping and vendor coordination to testing and go-live.
• Champion clean data, access controls, and master data standards across connected platforms.
• Pilot practical AI and workflow use cases with proper safety, privacy, and guardrails in place.

About you

• Solid hands-on admin and configuration experience with a modern SaaS CRM or core business platform
• Tech project delivery exp - SDLC + structured approach
• SAAS / CRM experience: Zoho One / Zoho CRM or Salesforce or Dynamics 365 /LMS/AMS platforms also relevant
• Good grasps of integration layer APIs, data flows, and middleware
• Experience with data quality and governance improvement projects
• Experience in NFPs, member bodies, education, or healthcare is a plus.
