We're looking for a proactive and organised Safety Coordinator / Return to Work Coordinator (ANZ) to support the delivery of our Work Health, Safety and Environmental (WHSE) program across Australia and New Zealand.
This role plays an important part in maintaining safe workplaces, coordinating injury management and return-to-work activities, and ensuring hazards, incidents and corrective actions are effectively monitored and followed through to completion.
What you'll be doing
We're looking for a proactive and organised Safety Coordinator / Return to Work Coordinator (ANZ) to support the delivery of our Work Health, Safety and Environmental (WHSE) program across Australia and New Zealand.
This role plays an important part in maintaining safe workplaces, coordinating injury management and return-to-work activities, and ensuring hazards, incidents and corrective actions are effectively monitored and followed through to completion.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate WHSE inspections, audits, corrective actions and safety reporting across ANZ.
- Maintain hazard, incident and compliance registers, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support incident investigations, risk assessments and psychosocial safety initiatives.
- Coordinate return-to-work plans, suitable duties and injury management activities.
- Liaise with employees, managers, insurers and rehabilitation providers to support recovery outcomes.
- Support Safety Champion, Safety Committee and WHSE training activities.
- Assist with WHSE reporting, audit preparation and ISO compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workplace safety and compliance.
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
- Return to Work Coordinator accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in WHS coordination, injury management and return-to-work programs.
- Understanding of workers compensation and WHSE requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience maintaining safety records, reporting and compliance documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and WHSE systems.
- Manufacturing, field service or operational environment experience highly regarded.
- Current Driver's Licence.
