Business Support Administrator

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Support Administrator to join our team at our Perth Head Office in a Full-Time capacity. As a Business Support Administrator, you will deliver exceptional customer service by professionally managing customer and staff enquiries, maintaining key communication channels, and ensuring sensitive matters are escalated promptly and appropriately.

About the Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Manage customer and staff enquiries, coordinate timely responses, and ensure professional communication across all channels;
  • Keep the office running smoothly: Provide front-of-house support, coordinate office facilities and supplies, and maintain an organised and welcoming workplace;
  • Provide executive and business support: Coordinate meetings, travel and reporting, while supporting key business initiatives and communications;
  • Support loss prevention activities: Coordinate incident reporting, maintain records, and assist in minimising business risk and loss;
  • Drive operational excellence: Participate in regular meetings, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; and
  • Partner with stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing operational support and coordinating requests to achieve positive outcomes.

About You

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service roles, with the ability to build strong relationships, and deliver positive customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and build effective relationships;
  • Applies sound judgement and problem-solving skills to manage enquiries and resolve issues efficiently;
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work;
  • Effectively manages competing priorities, maintaining a sense of urgency and meeting deadlines; and
  • Possesses intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence using a range of business systems and applications.
