About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to commence in October at our flagship 4 year Eridanus Gold Project.
About You
You will bring prior Supervisory level experience to the role, overseeing low hours mining fleets including equipment such as;
This is a hands on workshop role working with a back to back on an 8&6 day shift only roster.
Key responsibility is the management of a small team of 3 Fitters and 1 Servicepersons on shift, plus overseeing additional OEM support + external contractors rotating in and out such as Boilermakers and Auto Electricians where required.
Your communication and people management skills will ensure you are able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, whilst ensuring accountability in regards to fleet availability.
You will bring a simple, hands on approach to managing the on site workshop, with the ability to take ownership, problem solve and ‘keep the ball moving forward’.
Essential Criteria
This permanent role provides the opportunity to bring your leadership skills and expertise to the project, ensuring fleet availability and our adherence to production targets.
Camp is located a short 10 minute drive to site (and also 10 mins to airport).
Facilities on site include ensuited rooms, Telstra phone coverage, gym and wifi.

- Hitachi EX3600/2000/1200 Excavators
- CAT 785 Dump Trucks
- CAT D10T Dozers
- CAT 16M Graders
- CAT 777 Watercarts

- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Able to obtain Police Clearance for site access
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification (Exam + Units)
- Relevant Diesel/Heavy Duty Mechanical Trade Qualifications
- Prior experience in Workshop Supervisory level roles
- High level communication skills
- Well developed computer skills (SAP experience advantageous)
- Experience with GPS systems (Trimble/Carlsen)
