Administration Coordinator

What your day could look like

As Administration Coordinator, you'll help create the foundations that enable quality healthcare delivery. From leading a skilled administration team to improving business processes and service coordination, you'll work closely with colleagues across the health service to support positive experiences for patients, staff and the wider community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Leading and supporting an administrative team to deliver consistent, high-quality services and strong workplace performance.
• Coordinating resources, rosters and workflows to keep services running efficiently and effectively.
• Driving improvements to systems, reporting and administrative processes that enhance service outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with clinical and operational teams to support shared goals and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading or supervising administrative teams in a busy service environment.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in a rural or healthcare setting and/or relevant business, administration or leadership qualifications.
