We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the development and delivery of multiple training and capability initiatives.
Working with subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you will manage project plans, timelines and deliverables, facilitate workshops, track risks and actions, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and requirements discussions
- Track risks, actions, dependencies and progress
- Support the development and delivery of practical training content
- Maintain clear project governance, reporting and documentation
About You
- Demonstrated experience managing projects using both agile and waterfall approaches
- Strong planning, stakeholder coordination and workshop facilitation skills
- Competency using Microsoft Planner or similar project management tools
- Current project management certification
- Experience delivering projects within workforce development, vocational education and training, learning and development, or training environments will be highly regarded
