Case Manager – Workers Compensation

Macquarie Park, NSW | Full-time

Join our Injury Assist team as a Senior Case Manager and use your workers compensation and injury management expertise to deliver positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

You’ll manage a portfolio of claims from early intervention through to recovery at work, while providing technical guidance and support to the broader claims team.

What you’ll do

  • Manage workers compensation claims end to end.
  • Develop and implement injury management and return-to-work strategies.
  • Work closely with injured workers, managers, medical practitioners and service providers.
  • Ensure claims meet SIRA requirements, timeframes and quality standards.
  • Manage entitlements, including PIAWE and weekly benefits.
  • Conduct claims reviews and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Provide technical support, coaching and training to claims colleagues.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in workers compensation, injury management and early intervention.
  • NSW Return to Work Coordinator certification.
  • Sound understanding of workers compensation legislation and SIRA Standards of Practice.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Current NSW driver licence.
  • Self-insurance experience is highly regarded but not essential.
