  • Support the development of Quality Management Systems across IVET Group business units, including internal auditing, continuous improvement, validation, and training matrices
  • Review and advise on LMS builds to ensure assessment activities are compliant, including packaging rules, amount of training, and placements
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by reducing manual processes, connecting systems, and eliminating waste and rework
  • Assist the Executive team in onboarding future RTO acquisitions, including ASQA change of control documentation, funding contract change of control, HR requirements, and system integration
  • Build capability within business units by coaching staff to manage ongoing compliance and funding obligations independently

What We Offer

  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment
  • Competitive salary reflecting the scope and complexity of the role
  • Meaningful work contributing to workforce capability across the health, community, and education sectors

About You

You will have:

  • Familiarity with Victorian, New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australian funding contracts, including eligibility rules, funding guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing compliance within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and accurate reports and correspondence
  • High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with online government portals or similar systems
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
